SECTION 1: MISSION AND LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS

Shelving India designs, manufactures, supplies, and installs heavy-duty pallet racking, longspan shelving, multi-tier mezzanines, and custom-engineered warehouse storage solutions.

We operate on a model of long-term B2B partnerships. By ensuring safety compliance, layout optimization, and certified installations, we focus on helping our clients scale their logistics operations safely, creating a continuous and mutually beneficial relationship.

SECTION 2: WEBSITE IMAGES AND RENDERING POLICY (MARKETING PURPOSES)

All product photographs, renders, dimensional drawings, layout plans, and catalogs displayed on this website or in our marketing campaigns are for marketing and illustrative purposes only.

The final actual supplied racking, shelving, deck system, or components may vary in color tone, finish, column perforations, connector details, or layout configuration. Actual dimensions and specs are governed solely by the final engineering drawing signed off by both parties prior to fabrication, not by the visual assets on this site.

SECTION 3: USE OF THIS WEBSITE & DATA FOR MARKETING

You may use this website only for lawful B2B enquiries. By submitting forms, request coordinates, or warehouse dimensions, you agree that Shelving India may capture this data, add it to our CRM, and utilize it for digital marketing, retargeting ads, cold-outreach, or informational follow-ups.

You agree not to submit fraudulent dimensions, false contact details, or copy our technical catalog descriptions and product layouts for commercial exploitation.

SECTION 4: PRICING, CUSTOM MANUFACTURING, AND PAYMENTS

Because the majority of our racking and shelving systems are custom-made and engineered to match specific warehouse heights, slab load capacities, and SKU weights, standard pricing is not applicable.

All commercial quotes are customized. Payment terms are structured via project milestones (typically including an advance deposit, dispatch payment, and installation completion milestone).

Once fabrication begins or raw material is procured for your custom project, all deposits and progress payments are completely non-refundable. If any agreed cancellation or refund window specified in the purchase contract is crossed, Shelving India is not responsible and no refunds will be issued.

SECTION 5: DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY, AND INSTALLATION REPLACEMENTS

Where our contract includes certified installation, Shelving India is responsible for ensuring that structural parts are set up in compliance with engineering standards.

Defective or Damaged Parts Replacements:

If any component (upright, beam, bracing, baseplate, or safety pin) has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transport, we will definitely replace it at no extra cost, provided the issue is identified and raised during the installation phase.

Once the installation is complete and the client signs the handover certificate/delivery note, the system is accepted 'as-is' and in safe working order. Shelving India will not be held responsible for free structural replacements, damage reports, or modifications post-handover, unless specifically agreed under a separate, paid maintenance contract.

SECTION 6: PAID YEARLY SERVICE & SAFETY INSPECTIONS

Industrial racking and shelving systems are subject to constant loading, forklift operations, and environment-driven corrosion. To ensure continuous compliance with Indian Standards (IS) and structural safety:

• We offer yearly technical service programs, corrosion checks, bolt torque verifications, and safety loading audits.
• All such inspections, maintenance work, and structural restoration activities are subject to separate, applicable service fees and are not provided free of charge.
• Any modification, relocation, or height adjustment of the racking beams must be performed by or approved by Shelving India (subject to engineering fees). Unauthorized alterations void all structural assurances.

SECTION 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SITE CONTENT

The technical calculations, layout strategies, logos, designs, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Shelving India. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering of our proprietary configurations is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8: PRIVACY

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy page to understand how we collect, use, and handle business and personal information for our database and marketing campaigns.

SECTION 9: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Karnataka and the federal laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
